Project Description

2001 Market Street in San Francisco is an 82 unit condominium project with a Whole Foods Market on the ground floor. The project has a community center, courtyard, and outdoor dining areas. Firm Role

  • Irrigation design services for the ground, third and fourth floors from Construction Documents through Construction Administration.
  • This design included on-structure irrigation, a green wall, community garden and rainwater catchment system.
  • Water conservation and sustainability were a large part of the project.
  • Brookwater also provided irrigation specifications and water use calculations in conformance with the San Francisco PUC and LEED.
