We specialize in innovative designs and water management on very diverse projects.

Some of these projects are:

  • The Louisville Kentucky Waterfront where Kentucky Derby festivities will be held.
  • Universal Studios theme park in Orlando
  • Yerba Buena Gardens over the Moscone Center in San Francisco
  • San Jose State University Campus
  • Silvercreek Development, an upscale community in San Jose of 1500 acres
  • Thirty-nine (40) Cal Trans Highway projects throughout California

    All projects designed by Brookwater are complete from the design to the details to the construction administration to the water management aspect and more.

    We are well versed in AutoCAD R 14, AutoCAD 2002, Vectorworks and MicroStation, but we can still produce plans by hand when needed!

    The firm is 100% woman owned and certified with Cal Trans as a WBE.
